Senior Product Manager – Digital Membership and Subscription Platform

Overview

We are seeking a highly experienced Senior Product Manager to lead the development and evolution of a complex digital platform that enables customers to sign up for memberships and subscriptions for services such as roadside assistance, tire and wheel protection, and travel assistance. This senior-level role is critical in driving product vision, strategy, and execution while collaborating with cross-functional teams to deliver a seamless and impactful customer experience.

The ideal candidate will be a strategic thinker, an effective communicator, and a hands-on leader who can champion features, functions, and business requirements while fostering alignment between business and technology teams.

Key Responsibilities

  • Product Vision & Strategy:
    • Develop and maintain a holistic product vision and roadmap for the membership and subscription platform.
    • Define product strategy in alignment with business goals, customer needs, and market trends.
    • Champion a customer-centric approach by identifying pain points, opportunities, and innovative solutions.
  • Business Requirements & Collaboration:
    • Gather, document, and prioritize business requirements in collaboration with stakeholders.
    • Translate complex business needs into clear functional specifications for technical teams.
    • Work closely with engineering, design, marketing, and operations teams to ensure alignment on goals and deliverables.
  • End-to-End Product Ownership:
    • Lead the entire product lifecycle from ideation to launch, including planning, execution, testing, and iteration.
    • Manage feature prioritization to deliver maximum value while balancing competing priorities.
    • Ensure that all features meet acceptance criteria before release.
  • Stakeholder Engagement:
    • Act as the primary point of contact between business leaders and technical teams.
    • Conduct regular updates to senior leadership on product progress, risks, and opportunities.
    • Foster strong relationships with internal stakeholders across departments.
  • Data-Driven Decision Making:
    • Leverage data analytics to measure product performance and inform decision-making.
    • Define key performance indicators (KPIs) to track success metrics such as user adoption rates, retention rates, and customer satisfaction.
  • Market Insights & Competitive Analysis:
    • Stay informed about industry trends, competitive offerings, and emerging technologies.
    • Use market research to identify opportunities for differentiation and innovation.
 

Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Business Administration, Technology, Computer Science, or a related field.
  • 10+ years of product management experience, preferably in digital platforms or subscription-based services.
  • Proven track record of leading large-scale digital products from concept to launch.
  • Strong understanding of subscription models, membership platforms, or eCommerce systems.
  • Exceptional skills in writing detailed business requirements and functional specifications.
  • Experience working with Agile methodologies (e.g., Scrum or SAFe) is highly preferred.
  • Excellent communication skills with the ability to present complex ideas clearly to both technical and non-technical audiences.
  • Demonstrated ability to collaborate across cross-functional teams in a matrixed environment.
 

Preferred Skills

  • Experience in customer experience optimization for subscription platforms or digital services.
  • Knowledge of UX/UI principles for designing intuitive user journeys.
  • Familiarity with tools like Jira, Confluence, or other product management software.
  • Analytical mindset with proficiency in tools like Google Analytics or Tableau.
