AI Agent Developer

Position Overview

We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated AI Agent Developer with hands-on experience in building and deploying enterprise-grade AI agents. This role will play a critical part in designing, developing, and maintaining intelligent agent-based solutions that drive business outcomes across multiple domains. You will work closely with cross-functional teams to build scalable, reliable, and production-ready AI systems integrated with enterprise platforms.

Responsibilities:

• Design, develop, and deploy AI agents using modern agentic frameworks and platforms.
• Build and implement architectures such as ReAct, multi-agent orchestration, and retrieval-augmented generation (RAG).
• Develop and maintain integrations with enterprise systems such as Snowflake, Salesforce, ServiceNow, and internal APIs.
• Implement API-based communication, tool usage, and function calling within agent workflows.
• Deploy AI solutions on cloud platforms like Azure and GCP using CI/CD pipelines.
• Monitor, log, and optimize agent performance using observability tools.
• Implement guardrails, validation, and safety mechanisms for production AI systems.
• Collaborate with stakeholders to translate business requirements into technical solutions.
• Document technical designs, workflows, and best practices for AI agent development.
• Participate in testing, debugging, and continuous improvement of deployed AI systems.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science or a related field.
• 5+ years of software development experience with at least 2 years in AI/ML or AI agent development.
• Strong experience with Python and/or Node.js for backend or AI development.
• Experience designing and deploying AI agents in production environments.
• Knowledge of LLM concepts including prompt engineering, tokenization, and evaluation.
• Experience with RAG pipelines, vector databases, and embedding-based retrieval.
• Hands-on experience with cloud platforms such as Azure or Google Cloud Platform.
• Familiarity with APIs, microservices architecture, and system integrations.
• Experience with CI/CD pipelines and containerization (Docker, Kubernetes).
• Strong problem-solving skills and ability to work in a collaborative environment.

Preferred Qualifications:

• Experience with platforms like Claude, Gemini (Vertex AI), or Azure OpenAI.
• Familiarity with multi-agent systems and orchestration frameworks.
• Experience with observability tools such as Dynatrace.
• Knowledge of enterprise security practices for AI systems.
• Experience working with large-scale enterprise data systems like Snowflake.
